FAQ:

How can I book an appointment?
You can book with me on my booking site. If the site says I’m fully booked, it may mean I don’t have time for all of your desired services but only a select few or less.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Card, and Zelle. At the time of booking, be sure to add the card on file that you‘d prefer to pay with.
 
How long does my hair have to be to get waxed?
The hair has to be 3cm long, or as long as a grain of rice, usually 3-4 weeks of hair growth after shaving consecutively.
 
Can I get a Brazilian wax on my period?
Yes, as long as you’re wearing a tampon or a menstrual cup! Just be mindful that you’ll be more sensitive to pain on your period. If you need to freshen up before your appointment, I have tampons and wipes available for you to use!
 
Should I exfoliate or moisturize before my appointment?
Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment. Do not moisturize the day of your appointment.
 
How often should I be getting waxed?
Every 4-6 weeks.
 
Do you offer body waxing to men?
Yes, but I do not perform male Brazilians. Depending on the area, prices will vary for men due to the use of more product. If men book a Brazilian appointment and show up to their appointment expecting this service, they’ll be declined the service, charged 100% of the service fee, and blocked from my booking site.

 

Cancelation Policy:

I understand things happen, you have 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule your service(s) through the booking site.Texting, calling, emailing are NOT valid forms of cancellation — It must be done through the booking website only. Clients who are more than 5 minutes late may be considered as a no-show and will be charged 100% of the services booked to the card on file. If you book multiple services & decide you don’t want one or a few, you must cancel them at least 24hrs before the scheduled appointment time on the booking site. If you fail to do so, you will still be charged 100% of the services booked at the time of your appointment. If you're a no-show and your card gets declined, you will not be allowed to book appointments with Janelle in the future.

Please understand that when you're a no-show, late or forget to cancel your appointment(s), Janelle misses the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and clients lose the opportunity to book their services. Janelle runs a tight schedule and would like to give everyone the opportunity to receive a fulfilling and quality service!
